it was a very nice place with good food and everything was good, The rooms were a little dated but nice and clean, we did not have a good view from our room but all was ok

Room size was good WiFi was good On site food prices were reasonable Laundry service fast and efficient Friendly staff

The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind to us, especially Halima, Zainab, and Mohammed from housekeeping. The breakfast was nice, and Cristin was very helpful and welcoming. The front desk, particularly Donia, went above and beyond by checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and that everything met our expectations.

I would recommend this hotel because the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious with clean towels and gel and toothpaste etc all provided. The hotel was quiet at night, no noise from quests banging doors or chatting loudly. Room was cleaned daily with tea and water refilled. Kettle in the room with tea and sugar. The location is excellent, 10 mins walk to metro, 5 mins to supermarkets and about 15 mins walk to tahir square. Breakfast was varied, eggs cooked to order, pastries, cereals , juices all plentiful. I'd stay here again.
