I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pyramisa, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They even assisted in setting up a driver for sightseeing, making it easy to explore the beautiful local attractions without any hassle. The room service was another highlight of my stay. The menu offered a great variety, and the food was delivered promptly and piping hot. It truly felt like a luxury experience enjoying my meals in the comfort of my room. Moreover, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. My room was spotless upon arrival, and the common areas were well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Pyramisa for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with top-notch service. I can’t wait for my next visit!

I would recommend this hotel because the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious with clean towels and gel and toothpaste etc all provided. The hotel was quiet at night, no noise from quests banging doors or chatting loudly. Room was cleaned daily with tea and water refilled. Kettle in the room with tea and sugar. The location is excellent, 10 mins walk to metro, 5 mins to supermarkets and about 15 mins walk to tahir square. Breakfast was varied, eggs cooked to order, pastries, cereals , juices all plentiful. I'd stay here again.

I have seen other reviews of people complaining about smell of smoke in the lobby, I don’t think is true but you can smoke cigarettes and shisha in the lobby, this is just the culture here and shisha is good price.
