I like : Conversation with GM (Mr. Walid) ( so nice person , elegant , an ideal hotelier , he will do his best in this hotel , money maker , out of the box person and so friendly ) , Conversation with Mrs. Seham ( smiley person , good listener and so kind)>>>> excellent breakfast ,excellent food at lobby restaurant , excellent attitude from F&B staff

The location was very good, very center, close to Nile, main squares, Egypt museum. The room was good and with modern furniture. Room service was good, everything was clean without any 'special aromas'. Breakfast was very good, i'd say. They cooked omlets, pancakes and wafles, there were decent amount of fruits. A lot of buns and cakes.

Friendly staff, food was great, location very central. We didn’t sue the spa but were shown around and it looked beautiful. Breakfast was amazing! So much variety and freshly made waffles and omelette station.

We got an upgrade which was lovely and allowed more space for our son to run around. There wasn't that much noise in the hotel either. Breakfast was good and varied Staff were friendly and helpful
